Your OpsBrief daily digest delivers a personalized summary of important events straight to your inbox. Learn how to customize it.
What's in Your Digest?
A brief overview of the day's key events across all your monitored channels.
📊 Events by Category
Events are grouped by type (Releases, Incidents, Announcements, etc.) with titles, descriptions, and source links.
🔗 Direct Links
Each event links back to the original message in Slack, Teams, or Discord for full context.
📈 Event Counts
See at a glance how many events were detected: "5 events • 3 Releases • 2 Incidents"
Configuration Options
Delivery Time
Choose when to receive your daily digest. Most users prefer early morning (7-9 AM) to start their day informed.
Channel Selection
Choose which channels to include in your digest. You might want different channels than your teammates.
Go to My Email Digest in your dashboard to select channels. This is personal to you - it doesn't affect your organization's channel monitoring.
Event Type Filters
Filter by specific event types. Only interested in Releases and Incidents? Disable the rest.

Severity Threshold
Only see events above a certain severity level. Options: All, Medium+, High+, Critical only.
Setting Up Your Digest
Navigate to My Email Digest
After signing up, go to your dashboard and click My Email Digest in the sidebar.
Select Your Channels
Browse available channels from your connected integrations. Toggle ON the channels you want in your digest.
Configure Event Types
For each selected channel, choose which event types to include. You can fine-tune this per channel.
Set Delivery Preferences
Choose your preferred delivery time and severity threshold. Changes take effect on the next digest.
Tips for a Better Digest
💡 Start Focused
Begin with 3-5 key channels. You can always add more later. Too many channels = information overload.
💡 Morning Delivery
Schedule your digest for 30 minutes before your workday starts. Perfect for catching up with coffee.
💡 Team Alignment
Share your digest configuration with teammates. Consistent setups make conversations easier.
💡 Review Weekly
Adjust your channel selection as projects change. Remove noisy channels, add new important ones.
